Call for Papers: Perspectives on Human Trafficking and Modern Forms of Slavery

The Journal Social Inclusion is planning a themed issue 'Perspectives on Traffikcing and Modern Forms of Slavery'  to be edited by Siddharth Kara (Harvard Kennedy School, USA). The issue will include economic, legal, human rights, public health, and other perspectives and focus particularly on new data. Definitional issues should be explored, as well as less documented forms of contemporary servitude, such as bonded labor, organ trafficking, and forced marriage.  What constitutes contemporary forms of slavery, what is the latest data on slavery and human trafficking, how do we best frame the issue, and what is being done effectively to tackle this enduring violation of fundamental rights?
